If you are looking for a service to support you, but don’t know where to start, please come and chat to one of our staff. Our staff will provide you with information and referrals to the most relevant service or support organisation to suit your needs.
Our Social Worker, Jen Mitchelson, is at the Centre Monday to Friday to help with support and referrals. Jen is passionate about social justice and community development and empowerment. As well as women’s health and wellbeing. Jen is also trained and invested in assisting community members with domestic and family violence assistance and pre and post-natal care.First StepBNC has a needle exchange service supported by
First Step.
You can safely dispose of your used needles in the external collection bin, as well as pick up sterile needle packs (including water) during our office opening hours. We are also able to provide condoms.
Caddy Shack
There is a Condom Dispenser located in the Centre provided by the Caddy Shack Project. Condoms are provided free of charge.
